Hello, the whiteboard is available to you when you schedule a meeting in your Team. An odd little bug which makes it seem unavailable when you are using Teams. Make sure you schedule a meeting to see it there, here is a screenshot:
This is a terrible screenshot but that blue rectangle is the whiteboard and will show up as an option when you share your screen.
